Mr Capati has spent over 30 years of financial and general management track record in Indonesia, Philippines, and Canada. He has played a major role in setting up and managing new start-up companies, expansions, mergers & acquisitions, and IPO related activities. He has managed a portfolio of over USD$ 1.5 billion dollars in direct investments and loans for both international and local companies. Mr Capati was a senior partner at the Main Pacific Investment (MPI) Advisory Group and was the president of PT MANILA WATER INDONESIA, which is a subsidiary of Manila Water.
N Mark Castro is an organizational management consultant, investment advisor, strategic communications expert, and conducts government relations for clients in key countries in Southeast Asia. He has worked on special projects for the Indonesian government as Special Rapporteur to the Ministry of Marine Affairs & Fisheries on the 1st Ocean Investment Summit, the International Marine Organization Summit on Piracy held in Indonesia, and the 10th ASIAN-AFRICAN Conference for which he was conferred a Special Plaque of Appreciation. He has assisted in bringing several Indonesian companies to invest in the Philippines, such as the publicly-listed Passpod Indonesia while assisting the billion dollar company PT Sido Muncul’s Tolak Angin, and PT Eagle Pharma’s VFresh. He is the president director of the foreign investment firm (PMA) PT JUMP DIGITAL INDONESIA and represents the entry of Indonesia’s billion-dollar state-owned company and publicly-listed PT PP construction/investment company to the Philippines.
Ms Abalos’ accounting and managerial experiences in the Philippines and Taiwan brought her to Indonesia since the early 1980s. She was instrumental in the settlement of high profile marine insurance disputes of a pirated cargo of an Indonesian pesticide equipment firm. Her accomplishment was eyed by a local paper mill where she is now the Finance Director.
Mr Ron Rada is an educator with two decades of experience in educating, training, & developing human resources in an academic setting. As lecturer, he taught economics and business in both undergraduate & graduate levels, & was Head of Student Affairs. He has been active in organizations such as PBCI, UP Alumni Association Indonesia, & SSEAYP International (that promotes intra-ASEAN & ASEAN-Japan relations) and in the Filipino Community in Indonesia.
Mr Rada has worked in the government (as legislative assistant) & the private (bank) sectors before moving to the education sector.
Ms Leuterio is the Country General Manager of PT Asia Select Indonesia. With over 12 years of proven track records, she has been crucial in setting up and building businesses to profitable operations, experience in leading and driving human resource teams of diverse experiences and backgrounds towards delivery of KPIs, top line and bottom line targets.
Anna Mae Tuazon has been a development professional for almost 15 years. Her areas of expertise are in economics, trade, and diplomacy. She is the SME, Trade, and Access to Finance Expert at the Canadian Trade and Investment Facility for Development (Asia-Pacific). Prior to that, she was a senior officer at the AEC Department in the ASEAN Secretariat (2012-2019), researcher at the Asian Development Bank (2010-2012) and program coordinator at the Asian Institute of Management (AIM) Policy Center in the Philippines (2007-2010).
Mr Leuterio is an alumnus of SGV Manila before he moved to Jakarta in 1990. He has spent over 20 years of his professional career in Indonesia having stints in both multinational and local companies across various industries including manufacturing, distribution & logistics, and property sectors. Mr Leuterio has held top posts in Finance and, most recently, as CFO of PT SENTUL CITY, Tbk. He has also been very active in the Filipino Community in Indonesia and was President of Filcomin Golf, Pinoy Golf Club (PGC), the Filipino Basketball Association in Indonesia (FILBAI), and takes an active lead in the Praise God Choir/PGC in Jakarta.
Mr Dela Cruz is a Philippine Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and a Certified Fraud Examiner, he is currently a Partner in RSM Indonesia, having progressed since joining the firm in 2012. He is responsible for the Audit and Assurance services of listed and non-listed companies in Indonesia. Moreover, he is the Deputy Division Chief Operating Officer for one of the audit divisions and the RSM Indonesia Independence Contact and Global Relationship Tracker Coordinator. He provides the financial overview for PBCI’s stakeholders while assists in the corporate partnerships and affairs.
Ms Nartates has 16 years of experience in IT, F&B, Retail, Export, and events industry. Her expertise has been brought to PT. Disrupto Societi Indonesia, a company involved in F&B, MICE, Content Creation, and Event Organizer. She has performed several roles from leading the Opening Team to managing the operations.
Mr Ledres has spent over 22 years with PT FAST FOOD Tbk, a publicly listed company that owns and operates KFC Indonesia. His responsibilities include Finance & Accounting, Financial Planning & Control, Supply Chain Management (Purchasing/Procurement & Logistics), Information Technology, Tax & Insurance and Compensation & Benefits for the entire restaurant network of the company. As a long term expatriate in the country, Mr Ledres leads the Filipino Expatriate Community Relations in coordinating and cooperating with projects and events.
Maria Sagrado is a Partner in Makarim & Taira S., one of the leading law firms in Indonesia. She has been practicing law in Indonesia for more than 20 years. Ms Brayudhi has worked in various financial institutions and IT related companies in areas of business development, marketing, HR/people development. Currently, she leads PT. Kenora Resources International, a management consultancy company. She is also an equity partner in Network Box Cyber Security Inc. in the Philippines. Likewise, she manages and oversees Antonio’s Orchard, a coffee plantation that produces organic world-class and free range Kopi Luwak and organic Arabica. She has been instrumental in PBCI’s partnership with Indonesian companies including the agreement with Westin Jakarta, which is currently the tallest hotel property in the country.
